application:
1. The surface of inorganic materials can be treated with silane aqueous solution by spraying, coating, impregnation, etc. Silane can also be directly mixed with filler under high shear without adding any solvent.
After the surface of the filler is treated with silane, it can be dried by natural air or for a short time at a temperature of 105 to 120 ℃ to complete the condensation of silanol groups on the surface and remove methanol and water.
