Introduction：Blends of Phenolics KA3001 is a kind of white color and low viscosity waterborne emulsion with an average particle size of 0.5μm and PH value of 7-9. This composite antioxidant is prepared by emulsifying phenolic antioxidant compound with special process which has high activity, low volatility, small particle size and high stability. This product can greatly improve the oxidation resistance of the polymer as well the high temperature resistance of the product significantly. At mean time KA3001 will alleviat the yellowing of the product during production and perfect the secondary processing performance of the product.

Applications: Blends of Phenolics KA3001 is a waterborne emulsion of phenolic antioxidants with high performance. This product is suitable for latex polymerized polymers such as styrene butadiene latex（SBL）, natural rubber latex and nitrile rubber latex（NBRL）. It provides the storage and usage of these polymers with long-term oxidation protection. The recommended dosage is 0.5-2.0%

Packing and Storage: 200 kg / plastic cement barrel . Store in dry, avoid light, closed containers and above 0℃. Period of Validity: 2 years.
