nature:  This product is a waxy odorless solid. Its molecular structure contains a long carbon chain and polar amide group, which gives it particularly excellent surface activity and good heat stability. It is suitable for higher processing temperature, more lasting smoothness and better anti sticking effect. Insoluble in water, soluble in ethanol, ether, acetone, xylene and other solvents, decomposition temperature: about 330 ℃, and the product is environmentally friendly and non-toxic (through non-toxic testing), which is allowed to be used in food containers and food packaging materials (GB9685-2008). This product has passed the SGS green environmental testing, and conforms to the EU ROHS environmental protection directive。

purpose：

 1. It can be used as a lubricant and opening agent for PP, CPP, BOPP, LDPE, LLDPE, EVA, PVC, PVDF, PVDC, PU and other films, as well as multilayer coextrusion films, high light transmittance agricultural films, ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene and metallocene polyethylene, which can significantly reduce the dynamic and static friction coefficient of the surface of products (films or sheets), and improve the processability and packaging efficiency;
2. It plays the role of smoothness, anti adhesion and anti fouling in the ink, delays the sedimentation of pigments and fillers, helps redispersion, increases the wear resistance, scratch resistance and surface smoothness of printed matter, especially improves its smoothness and anti viscosity during chromatic printing;
3. Adding this product to rubber (SBE, SBP, SBR, PP) can improve the gloss, stain resistance and elongation of rubber products, enhance the vulcanization promotion and wear resistance, especially the effect of preventing cracking in the sun;
4. It can be used as release agent and surface smoothing and brightening agent for thermoplastic elastomers (TPE, Teo, TPU) and fluororubber, lubricant and release agent for engineering plastics, lubricant for LDPE calendered artificial leather, lubricant for fiber materials, non-woven fabrics and entertainment chips, as well as lubricant and dispersant for high wear-resistant materials such as PA (gears, shaft seals, sleeves, skateboards, etc.) and ABS graphite fiber modified materials, It can be used as an effective anti adhesion hot melt adhesive.

Packaging, storage and transportation：Package: 25kg/ bag, paper plastic composite bag, lined with plastic bag or 600kg/ tray. This product is stored and transported as ordinary chemicals.
