Introduction：Composite antioxidant- KA1005 is a colorless or light yellow transparent liquid, which is easily soluble in solvents such as benzene, toluene and hexane, insoluble in water and slightly soluble in ethanol. It has good compatibility with polymers. This product is stable in nature, it has characteristics of no pollution, heat-resisting, good water extraction resistance. It is convenient to operation and measurement, furthermore it is beneficial to transportation and processing.

Applications: The composite antioxidant KA1005 is an antioxidant composition of low melting point, high boiling point and low viscosity with no BHT, TNPP and other potentially harmful substances to the environment. This product is applicable to the long-term aging protection for SBS, SEBS, SIS, CIS polybutadiene rubber（BR）, solution polymerized styrene butadiene rubber（S-SBR）and other elastomers. It provides long-term Mooney stability for polymerization and keep maintenance of color for a long time. The recommended dosage is 0.05-1.0%.
