Applications: 1135 is an excellent antioxidant suitable for a variety of polymers.It is used in flexible polyurethane foam sheets to prevent polyols from forming peroxide during storage and to prevent scorch during foaming. Because of its low volatility and excellent compatibility, it is particularly effective in the process of forced air cooling in polyurethane. This feature also prevents fog from the surface of the products used in the car and the coloring textiles. It can be added by pumping or injection, it is easy to use and can be mixed effeciently.1135 is easily emulsified and can be added during processing to dissolve,disperse or remain in a pure liquid state. The usual recommended dosage is between 0.15% and 0.5%.
