Introduction：The Blends of Phenolics- KA1003 is a colorless or light yellow transparent liquid. The melting point of this product is lower than 0 ℃ which can realize not only pump feeding but also convenient operation and measurement, furthermore it is beneficial to transportation and processing. Its property is stable, insoluble in water, slightly soluble in ethanol and easily soluble in solvents such as benzene, toluene and hexane. It has characteristics of no pollution, good water extraction resistance and well compatibility with polymers.

Applications: The composite antioxidant KA1003 is an antioxidant composition with low melting point, high boiling point and low viscosity. It is applicable to the aging protection for elastomers such as CIS polybutadiene rubber（BR）, solution polymerized styrene butadiene rubber（S-SBR）, emulsion polymerized styrene butadiene rubber（ESBR）, isoprene rubber and natural rubber, so as to prevent the crosslinking or degradation of polymers due to aging during storage and usage, provide long-term Mooney stability for polymerization and maintenance of appearance color for a long time. The recommended dosage is 0.05-1.0%.
