The significance of rubber blending is to improve the process performance, service performance and technical and economic performance. More than 70% of rubber is processed and used in the form of rubber or rubber and plastic.
The process compatibility of rubber, through mechanical methods or other conditions, the thermodynamic incompatible system can be mixed to obtain a sufficiently stable blend, which forms a multiphase morphology in the micro region, but still maintains its uniformity in the macro.
